14-day right of return

For orders placed on our website, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the date you receive the item. You do not need to give a reason.

How to return an item

1. Let us know: within 14 days, tell us your name and order by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone.
2. Pack the item: if possible, in its original packaging, unused and with the hook-and-loop tape not stuck down. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the item.
3. Send it back: ship the item to our address below no later than 10 days after your notice.

Return shipping costs

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the buyer pays the return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we cover the shipping for the return or exchange.

Refunds

We refund your payment, using the method you paid with, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. For card payments, the time it takes to show on your account depends on your bank. We may hold the refund until the item reaches us.

Damaged or faulty items

If the parcel arrives damaged, please have the courier record it and send us a photo. For faulty or wrongly sent items, we exchange the item free of charge or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Changing a size

If you ordered the wrong size, message us. You can return the item within 14 days and order the right size again; we will agree the easiest way with you.

Items that cannot be returned

Items made or cut to a custom size at your request (via the order form, WhatsApp or phone) are made to order and are not covered by the right of withdrawal. If such an item is faulty, we will of course replace it. The standard sizes in our shop carry the 14-day right of return.

Marketplace orders

For orders placed on Trendyol, Hepsiburada or Shopier, that platform’s return process applies.

Orders from abroad

For international orders, please contact us before sending an item back.
