Why do smells get in through the window?
Some smell is in the form of gas, while some is carried by clinging to fine particles, soot and dust suspended in the air. When you open the window, these particles pour in with the air and settle on curtains, fabrics and rugs, making the smell linger at home.
What does a window filter do?
The nanofiber membrane of the Odera window filter holds back a large share of the soot, smoke and dust particles that carry smells. As a result:
- The smell coming through the window is less intense.
- Less smell works its way into curtains and fabrics.
- Instead of shutting the window completely, you can leave it ajar and keep airing the room.
Which smells does it help with?
- Rubbish bins and street smells
- Barbecue, chimney and stove smoke
- Traffic and exhaust smells
- Animal shelter, barn and manure smells
- Cooking smells from restaurants and extractor outlets
